Deepening your understanding of how you look at the world through an increased awareness of your heart and mind will allow you new freedoms.

Video and phone sessions are available. Some limited in person appointments are as well upon request.

Meeting with a psychologist can seem like a big step. You'll find though that once we will get started you will experience a feeling of support that is beneficial and comforting. EMDR uses the science of eye movements to treat past traumatic experiences as well as anxiety and depression.
