My approach is characterized by lighthearted humor, a steadfast comforting presence, and deep listening. ​I have found the work of psychology to be gratifying for over 30 years. I hope to help you meet the moments in life that are challenging with resiliency. I offer traditional talk therapy, equine psychotherapy sessions, teaching the practice of mindfulness, and brain based trauma treatments like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR).
